  We met while attending the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and both graduated with BBA/ Marketing degrees. We possess the necessary skills to navigate through the immense data on the internet and

present the relevant information necessary for buyers and sellers to make solid decisions to minimize any inherent risk.  Knowledge is power in the real estate market today.

Ann’s skill set is based on 20+ years of selling technology solutions to fortune 500 clients. Whether it is communication, solution selling, or negotiating she has the understanding and the technology tools to execute her mission of customer satisfaction.  

Jeff heavily relies on his 23+ years as a Wisconsin/Florida Real Estate Broker. Throughout his career he attributes his successes to living by three principles: to be honest, genuine and sincere.

We love living on the water, for the past eight years in the Rose Garden area of Cape Coral, and are avid boaters. Ann enjoys designing and sewing for her home as well as cooking and gardening but most of all enjoys the company of our two grandchildren-- soon to be three!! Jeff is a golf fanatic, enjoys boating, fishing and being with family.
